About this photo

The Student Leap Card photo accepted by the TFI Leap Card is a 35 by 45 mm portrait. Frame it so the head takes 32 to 36 mm of the 45 mm height. Home photos are accepted when they follow the rules, so a well-lit phone picture taken by someone else works. Neutral expression, eyes open, mouth closed, looking straight at the camera. If you apply online (TFI Leap Card online application), the file must be as a JPEG, no larger than 5 MB. Use a plain white or light grey or off-white background with nothing behind you and no shadow on the wall. From a phone picture we produce the Student Leap Card photo at this size and verify the framing against the TFI Leap Card rules.
