About this photo

The Central Manpower Base (CMPB) asks for a Singapore NS Registration and 11B Card photo of 35 by 45 mm. The photo is taken at the CMPB photo studio on medical screening day. The Central Manpower Base takes your photo at the counter when you apply, so a photo of your own is usually not needed for this document. There is no upload step: the photo is handed in as a print with the paper application. Your head, chin to crown, should measure 32 to 36 mm on the print. Use a plain white background with nothing behind you and no shadow on the wall. Send us any clear picture and you get a Singapore NS Registration and 11B Card photo at these measurements, background included, checked before checkout.
