About this photo

Applying through the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)? The Singapore NRIC photo it wants measures 35 by 45 mm. A white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. A photo taken at home with a phone is fine provided it meets these rules; ask someone else to take it at eye level. Head height from chin to crown is 25 to 35 mm. The upload for ICA e-Services needs to be at least 400 by 514 pixels, as a JPEG, no larger than 8 MB. Not flipped (mirror image). From a phone picture we produce the Singapore NRIC photo at this size and verify the framing against the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority rules.
