About this photo
The Canadian Study Permit photo accepted by the IRCC is a 35 by 45 mm portrait. The upload for IRCC online application needs to be at least 420 by 540 pixels, as a JPEG, no larger than 240 KB. Taken within the last 6 months. Frame it so the head takes 31 to 36 mm of the 45 mm height. The background must be plain white, evenly lit and free of shadows. You can take it at home on a phone: have someone stand a couple of metres away at eye level rather than holding the phone yourself. Upload your picture and we size it for the Canadian Study Permit, replace the background and verify the proportions before checkout.
