About this photo
A Schengen Visa photo for the Schengen consulates (ICAO 9303) is 35 by 45 mm when printed. Frame it so the head takes 32 to 36 mm of the 45 mm height. Home photos are accepted when they follow the rules, so a well-lit phone picture taken by someone else works. Behind you: plain light grey or white, lit evenly so no shadow falls on the face or the wall. This one is still a paper process, which means printed photos and no online upload. No filters, retouching or alteration of facial features. We crop your picture to the Schengen Visa format, set the background and check the head size before you pay.
