About this photo
The Singapore Driving Licence photo accepted by the Singapore Police Force Traffic Police is a 35 by 45 mm portrait. Applicants take a digital photograph at the driving centre before applying; renewals and replacements reuse the stored photo. The Singapore Police Force Traffic Police takes your photo at the counter when you apply, so a photo of your own is usually not needed for this document. A white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. Applications are made with printed photos, so you need a physical copy rather than an upload. Head height from chin to crown is 32 to 36 mm. The Singapore Driving Licence photo comes back sized, with a clean background and a head-size check, before you are asked to pay.
