About this photo
For a Lithuanian Passport photo, the Migration Department sets the print size at 35 x 45 mm. A white or light grey or off-white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. Head height from chin to crown is 32 to 36 mm. There is no upload step: the photo is handed in as a print with the paper application. Plain light background, no shadows. You can take it at home on a phone: have someone stand a couple of metres away at eye level rather than holding the phone yourself.
