About this photo
The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs asks for a Latvian Passport photo of 35 by 45 mm. Applications are made with printed photos, so you need a physical copy rather than an upload. Standard 35 x 45 mm biometric photo, the common format for Latvian Passport. You can take it at home on a phone: have someone stand a couple of metres away at eye level rather than holding the phone yourself. A white or light grey or off-white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. Frame it so the head takes 32 to 36 mm of the 45 mm height. Send us any clear picture and you get a Latvian Passport photo at these measurements, background included, checked before checkout.
