The Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) asks for a Jamaican Passport photo of 35 by 45 mm. A white or pastel background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. Head height from chin to crown is 25 to 35 mm. Taken within the last 6 months. Jamaica's PICA asks for a plain background: white for darker complexions and a pale pastel for lighter complexions.
