About this photo
A NEXUS Card photo for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is 51 by 51 mm when printed. Head height from chin to crown is 36 to 41 mm. Officers take fingerprints, an iris scan and a facial picture at the joint interview. The U.S. Applications are made with printed photos, so you need a physical copy rather than an upload. A white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. Our service frames the NEXUS Card photo to these measurements, cleans the background and checks it against the rules before any payment.
