About this photo
A Philippine PRC Licence photo for the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is 51 by 51 mm when printed. Taken within the last 6 months. Home photos are accepted when they follow the rules, so a well-lit phone picture taken by someone else works. Head height from chin to crown is 25 to 35 mm. A white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern. If you apply online (PRC LERIS), the file must be as a JPEG. Upload your picture and we size it for the Philippine PRC Licence, replace the background and verify the proportions before checkout.
