PhotoPass ID is operated by Ingenie Technologies Ltd (Company No. 703064), registered in Ireland. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PhotoPass ID provides image formatting and delivery services for passport and visa photos. Our system formats photos according to official guidelines published by passport and visa authorities. We do not guarantee acceptance of photos by any government agency — final acceptance depends on the authority reviewing the application. We supply photos to the official size and photo rules of the selected document. Whether an authority requires, takes or accepts a photo is your choice, not grounds for a refund.

• You must be the person in the photo or have authority to submit the photo on behalf of another person
• Photos must be a genuine, unaltered likeness of the applicant
• You must not submit photos of other individuals without their consent
• You must provide accurate contact information
• You must be 18 years or older to place an order (or have parental consent)

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are displayed in BND. The price shown is the full price.

Photos uploaded by users are used solely for the purpose of generating formatted passport or visa photos. Images are automatically deleted within 72 hours. Download links for a paid order work until the photo is deleted, so please save your photo. We do not reuse, sell, or distribute user photos.

PhotoPass ID formats photos according to publicly available official guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee that any photo will be accepted by a government authority. We are not liable for any costs, losses, or delays resulting from the rejection of a photo by any authority.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

All content on PhotoPass ID — including text, design, logos, and software — is the property of Ingenie Technologies Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
