Bermuda Passport photos are printed at 35 by 45 mm, the size the Department of Immigration (Bermuda); printed by HM Passport Office works with. Two prints, one signed and dated by your countersignatory. There is no upload step: the photo is handed in as a print with the paper application. A photo taken at home with a phone is fine provided it meets these rules; ask someone else to take it at eye level. Head height from chin to crown is 29 to 34 mm. A light grey or cream or off-white background is accepted, as long as it is uniform and without pattern.
